Display Coupon Code Field on the Shopping Cart

Coupon code field is visible in thecheckout tab but is not visible in the Shopping Cart.

Navigate to Setup > SiteBuilder > Set Up Web Site > Appearance > ShoppingCart and mark the Show extended Cart option.
