The user has the following preference enabled in the account: Print Remittance Form with Invoices & Statements
Desired outcome is to remove Credit Card part, add Bank Transfer Information instead of Company Name under Make Checks Payable To and change its format to have the following:
The Remittance Slip's layout cannot be customized to add new body fields but existing Address field can be used to display other information than standard. Sections can be removed by unchecking the Print/Email on the transaction form. Under Make Checks Payable To section, the printed form will have the text entered in Address field or default Company Address when first one left empty.
Steps to change the Preferred Remittance form:- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
- Edit the preferred Remittance Slip Form
- Add the bank details in the Address field
- Edit the PDF Layout set for the current Remittance Form to have it displayed on the needed side of the page. (Detailed steps on how to do this can be found in the Article 10130 Transaction Form PDF Layouts)
- Click on Printing Fields tab: uncheck the Print/Email checkbox for Company Name and Credit Card Info. Check Print/Email for Company Address field
- Save the Remittance Form
