CSV Import > Transactions/ Records > Euro Sign (€) is being imported as Question Mark

Either user entered the value from their keyboard or had sourced it elsewhere. Make sure that on the CSV file, the Euro Sign (€) was entered by selecting it from the Symbols available (CSV file > Insert > Symbol > select (€)).
