Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory Management = T > Packing Slip forms are not printing Serial/Lot Numbers even if Inventory Detail has been set to print on the form

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms >Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the Preferred Packing Slip Form or
Click on Customize on the Standard Packing Slip Form.
3. Under Printing Fields tab > Columns sub tab > mark Print/Email checkbox for Serial/Lot Numbers field and enter a value under Width column.
4. Hit Save.

If Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory Management feature is recently enabled under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory tab > Inventory section, Serial/Lot Numbers field is replaced with Inventory Detail.

In this case, Print/Email = T is retained for Inventory Detail; however, Width is set to null (blank). To print Serial/Lot Numbers on the Packing Slip forms, user must enter a value under Width column for Inventory Detail field.
