To check CyberSource service interruptions or notifications, you may do the following:
1. Access the CyberSource Business Center.
2. Go to the Home Page.
3. Look for the Message Center.
To receive service interruption and other urgent notifications:
1. Access the CyberSource Business Center.
2. Navigate to Account Management > Merchant Information section.
3. Update the Emergency Contact.
Note: CyberSource recommends an alias rather than a single address in order to prevent the situation where a message is not distributed throughout the merchant's organization when the individual it is addressed to is unavailable.
