Status of the Sales Order is Closed instead of Billed

Any unbilled item line that is closed in a Sales Order sets the status of the Sales Order to Closed even if it has already billed other items. For example, in a Sales Order that has 100 transaction lines, if 99 of the items were invoiced while 1 was closed, the status of the Sales Order is set to Closed.

Related enhancement is Issue 100500 - Sales orders> when an order is partially billed and partially closed the status of the order is set to Closed, the status should reflect both. Alternate Solution: Set the quantity of the closed line items to zero.
