1. Create a Saved Search under List > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transactions as the Search Type.
3. Add the following in the Criteria tab:
- Main Line | True
- Type | is Opportunity
- Expected Close Date | (select a date range)
4. In the Results tab, add fields as needed and make sure to include the Email field.
5. Under the Email tab, check the box for Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated.
6. Click Save.
