No Entries in the Bulk Merge History page

In the Bulk Merge History page, users may notice that entries from previous bulk merges do not display. However, a count for the number of merges done is displayed in the footer of the page.

 

This happens when the sorting of the page is changed – like being sorted by Download. Sorting it by Date/Time or another column header resolves the issue:

 

  1. Navigate to Documents > Mail Merge > Merge History.
  2. Click the Date/Time header to sort it differently.
