Exempt section on Ceridian Service Printed paystub pertainsto exemption of the employee to state and federal taxes.
To change the employee'sexemption to Federal or State taxes in NetSuite, kindly perform thefollowing steps:
1) Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees > Click View next to the employee name
2) On the Payroll tab, click on Taxes
3) Check the Exempt column
4) Click Save
5) Navigate to Setup > Payroll > Update Payroll Information
6) Click Agree and Commit
The Paystub will showNo if the Exempt box is unchecked and Yes if it is.
