* Order Status refers to whether or not the sales order is completely fulfilled or not. If the order is not yet completely fulfilled, Order Status column would show "Open."
* Revenue Status refers to whether or not the sales order is billed (an invoice or cash sales is created). If the order is billed, Revenue Status column would show "Completed." If not yet billed, it would show "Pending."
* Validated Status refers to actual status of the sales order as appearing in the sales order page, whether it is pending fulfillment or pending billing/partially fulfilled.
Since this is a sales order pending fulfillment report, it would only show sales orders that are not completely fulfilled.
