By design, the A/R Register in the Customer Center will show information using the the Account's Base Currency instead of the customer's currency. This is because reports and registers are reflected in the account's base currency. As an alternate solution, customers can check their transactions in the Customer Center using the See All Transactions link instead. They should be able to see a column for Amount (Foreign Currency) and this amount should reflect their transactions in the customer currency.
