The saved search timeout problem can be caused by excessively large search results, or if it is ran during peak hours.
To see the results even after the search has timed out, user has the following options:
1. Send the email according to schedule
(The steps are available in the warning, which the user sees after the search has timed out)
2. Edit the saved search. Add conditions in the Criteria tab that can filter out less important data.
Example: Date created = * specify the date range
Internal ID = *specify the range of internal IDs
3. Under Results tab, remove unnecessary columns/ fields. Avoid lines that can give multiple results.
Example:
System notes: ___
Item fields: ___
