Transactions > Customers > Invoice Billable Customers > Time = True > Closed Customer : Project is showing even if entity has no actual billable time

Scenario:

·        Customer: Project is already closedbut is available to be billed in Transactions> Customers > Invoice Billable Customers

·        Ifuser clicks on Invoice > there isno item/expense/time to be billed for the customer : project

 

Solution:

·        Checkif closed Project has Project Task that is still In Progress withUnbilled Time

·        Thissort of project has Planned Timethat status = unbilled

• Change the status of the Project Task to "Completed" so that NetSuite will no longer see these unbilled time entries.
• User should no longer see the project in the Invoice Billable Customer screen.
