User clicks on the Email button on a Transaction > it automatically prefixes the Subject with the Company Name found under Setup > Company > Company Information.
However, if user clicks Save & Email or mark the To Be E-mailed box, it adds a different Company Name to the Subject.
This happens because if the Transactions are emailed this way it pulls the Company Name from the custom form that the Transaction uses.
To check this:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the custom form used in the transaction.
3. Go to the Printing Fields tab > Header sub tab.
4. Noticed that the Company Name's Print/Email box is marked and a different company name appears.
If the company named entered there is incorrect, user can replace it with the correct Company Name or disable it to use the one under the Company Information page.
