User is creating a New Matrix Item using the Matrix Item Assistant (Lists > Accounting > Items > New > Inventory Item > Matrix Item Assistant). However, in Step 3 (Choose the properties in the list(s) that will be used to create your matrix.), no Properties are displayed in the page. Page is blank.
This would happen if the tab where the Matrix List is set to Show (e.g. Accounting tab) is hidden on the preferred Inventory Part Form.
To resolve this, perform the following:
1. As Administrator, navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Edit the preferred Inventory Part Form.
3. Under Subtabs, check Show for Accounting.
4. Click Save.
