Marketing Template > Send Email Preview > Images are displayed as Red X in MS Outlook

User created a Marketing Template with images and had sent an email preview to his own email address in Outlook to see the look of the email but the images appear only as Red Xs when viewed in Outlook. User made sure that the images are uploaded in NetSuite's File Cabinet and Available without Login is set to True.

User must ensure that when they are sending template previews to themselves and viewing them in Microsoft Outlook, they must disable the setting "Don't Download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" in Outlook.

For Outlook 2007: Choose Tools | Trust Center | Automatic Download and de-select "Don't Download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items."

For Outlook 2010: Choose File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings and de-select "Don't Download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items."
