Item Record > Enforce Internally checkbox cannot be unchecked

1. Click the Edit button on the Item record
2. On the Basic tab>Minimum Quantity field>enter a number greater than 0>tab out
3. Enforce Internally check box can now be unchecked

Note that this box is checked by default when creating a new item
