Fixed Assets Management: Asset Generation is complete but newly created asset does not show in the asset list

Description:
A bill was created and asset proposal was complete. However, upon successful asset generation for the bill, no new assets were created.

Solution:
Check if the bill is linked to a Class and make sure that the Class record is still still active.
