Ava Tax error when viewing Configuration: Message Received 'You do not have access to this functionality. Contact the system Administrator.

1. Log in using Custom Role

2. Navigate to Ava Tax > View > click View Configuration > message received 'You do not have access to this functionality. Contact the system Administrator.

3. To be able to access the View Configuration page, follow the steps below:

• Log in as an Administrator
• Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > click Manage Roles > click the Custom Role link to View the record > get the number from the ID field.
• Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments > click Edit to customdeploy_configuration > Click Parameters tab > Enter the role's ID Number in the Role ID field > Hit Save.
• It is important to note that the word 'customrole' is not included in the Role ID field, or else the error will still appear.
• Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments> Click Edit to customdeploy_ava_configurewizard > Roles Portlet > Roles Portlet > Highlight the Custom Role > Hit Save.

4. Log in again using the same Custom Role.

5. User is now able to successfully access the page when navigating to Ava Tax > View > click View Configuration.
