Only users who have access to the Production account at the time when the snapshot was taken for the Release Preview account can log in to the Release Preview. In the event that a user who was given access after the snapshot has been taken needs to access the Release Preview account, an administrator in the Release Preview account needs to add the user as an employee and give him/her access in the Release Preview account itself. This will not affect the user's access to the Production account in any way.
Note: The steps on how to add an employee and give him/her access in the Release Preview account is the same as in the Production account.
