Solution:
1. Login to the Advanced DNS Manager account panel in Network Solutions for the chosen domain to setup for DKIM.
2. Add the following values:
A Record:
Host = @
Numeric IP = 167.216.129.13
CNAME Record:
Host = marketing
Point = shopping.netsuite.com
TXT Record:
Host = @ / TXT Value = v=spf1 a mx include:YAHOO.COM ~all (obtained from the SPF Setup Wizard)
3. Navigate to Setup > Company > Email Preferences > Domain Keys section:
- DOMAIN SELECTOR = selector1
- DOMAIN NAME = sbmgreenclean.com (or mydomain.com)
4. Click on the Generate Key Pair to obtain the public and private domain key.
5. After the public and private domain key boxes has been populated, copy the text from the DNS Entry box and paste it as another TXT Record in the Network Solutions Advanced DNS Manager panel.
TXT Record:
Host = selector1._domainkey
TXT Value = (copied DNS Entry)
6. After saving the information in Network Solutions, go back to the Domain Keys section and click on Verify DNS Entry link.
Note: There is a propagation of 24-72 hours for the entire DNS changes to the marketing domain. Send a test email as well to DKIM Reflector to verify SPF/TXT record entries.
