Saved Searches: Customize Message does not appear in the received email

The customized message entered in the Email tab > Customize Message subtab of saved searches is intended for alerts.

 

Customized message will only appear in the email if in the saved search:

 

1. Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated = True or

2. Send Email According to Schedule = True, Summarized Scheduled Email = False
