Purpose of Print Checkbox Located in the Invoice Billable Subtab

Check this box to show the Billable Discount/Markup as a separate line item when printing the Invoice. Leave this blank if you want to show the Net Amount.

To illustrate, if you enter an Invoice with Billable Time amounting to $100 with a discount of $10 and Print box is checked, the Invoice PDF form will show Billable Time of $100 less Discount of -10, Subtotal of $90. If Print box is uncheck, the Invoice will show Billable Time of $90.

 

The Discount/Markup field is located under Billable sub tabs. This is different from the Item line discount which is located under the Main Line of the Items tab.
