Consider that the Shipping Feature was not yet setup fully. For users to be able to see the fields for Display in Website and other Shipping related fields, follow the steps below:
a. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping.
b. Check the box for Charge for Shipping
c. Click Submit button.
d. Navigate again to under Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items > New to verify if the Display in WebSite box along with other fields now populate.
