To create the search, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction.
3. Enter a Search Title.
4. Under Criteria > Standard, add the following:
- Type is Estimate
- Main Line is true
5. Under Results > Columns, add the following:
- Document Number (Estimate Number)
- Date Created (Estimate Date Created)
- Applying Transaction : Type (Type of Transaction where Estimate was applied)
- Applying Transaction : Document Number (Number of Transaction where Estimate was applied)
- Applying Transaction : Date Created (Date Created of Transaction where Estimate was applied)
6. Click Preview to see how the search result would look like; otherwise, click Save & Run.
