=Kit/Package with fractional quantity returns back ordered for sales order

When user enter a Sales Order for a Kit/Package using fractional Quantity, the Sales Order will be backordered.

This is by design as Kit/Package is fulfilled as one unit. If user intends to sell Kit/Package by a fractional quantity, then consider using Item Groups or attach case to Enhancement# 90327.

To illustrate:

Assume that user have created a Sales Order for Test Kit (with Quantity On Hand = 10) for Quantity of 1.5. Once the Sales Order is saved, Quantity of 1 is committed and 0.5 is back ordered.
