Users can identify which NetSuite saved search triggered an email alert by looking at the email's header. This is useful when saved searches have customized message and the Subject does not indicate the title of the search.
To view the email header:
Outlook 2003: Open the message, click View > Options > Tools > Options > Delivery options > Internet headers
Outlook 2007: Open the message, click Messages > Options > Dialog Box Launcher > Message Options > Internet headers
Outlook 2010: Open the message, click File > Properties > Internet headers.
Below is a sample email header:
The line "X-MailingID: SEARCH; scompid=TESTCOMPANY; search=91220; action=scheduled; attachment=none;" tells you that the notification came:
- from NetSuite account TESTCOMPANY,
- as a notification from saved search with ID 91220,
- sent as scheduled and
- sent without file attachment
