A common cause is the browser blocking the Reminder pop-up. To ensure the browser is allowing pop-ups from NetSuite:
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar
- accessing the menu differs per Chrome version and may change upon browser update
2. Select Settings.
3. Expand or Click Advanced.
4. Under the Privacy and security section, click the Content settings.
5. Click Pop-ups
6. Beside Allow, click Add.
7. Add [*.]netsuite.com
8. Click Add.
9. Refresh the browser.
