1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transactions in the list.
3. Rename the Search Title.
4. Under the Criteria tab, Standard subtab, please set the following filters:
*Type is Sales Order
*System Notes: Old Value is Pending Approval
*Account Type is Income
*Applying Transaction: Type is any of Invoice, Cash Sale
Note: If you want to review sales orders created within a specific date range, then also add the following filter;
*Date is within (select the date range)
5. Under the Results tab, Columns subtab, please select the following:
Fields | Summary Type | Formula
*Date | Group
*Period | Group
*Type | Group
*Number | Group
*Name | Group
*Amount | Maximum
*System Notes: Old Value | Group
*Applying Transaction | Group
*Applying Transaction: Date Created | Group
*Formula (Numeric) | Sum | {applyingtransaction.datecreated}-{datecreated}
6. Click the Save and Run button.
