Customer > General tab > Activities Sublist > Ability to have hyperlink in Contact name that User can click and open the Contact record

Currently feature is set as Enhancement 165020   : Customer > General tab > Activities Sublist > Ability to have hyperlink in Contact name that User can click and open the Contact record. Ability to have link to Open any record inside the Sublist.

 

Alternative Solution is to use Formula (Text):

'<a href= https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/entity/contact.nl?id='||{contact.internalid}||'>' || {contact} || ' </a>'

This will display the contact as a hyperlink to the actual contact record.
