Customer Deposit not automatically applied to Invoice

 

The user that is billing the sales order should also have a Deposit application role with Create or Edit or Full level. The Permission Level should be at least Create.

 

1.    Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles

2.    Click Edit link next to the Role

3.    Navigate to Permissions tab > Transactions subtab

4.    Locate Deposit Application > Check if the Level is Edit or Edit or Full
