CSV Import to change Leads to Prospects

User needs to update leads records to prospects via CSV import.

To achieve this, perform the following:

 1. Gather the Internal IDs of the lead records that you would like to update and use it as your CSV file.

 2. Navigate to Setup > Import/ Export > Import CSV Records.
 
 3. Choose 'Relationships' for Import Type, 'Prospects Only' for Record Type, upload your CSV file from Step 1, and click Next.
  
 4. Choose Update for Data Handling and click Next.

 5. Map the records accordingly and click Next.
        Internal ID <=> Internal ID
        Status <=> Your desired status

 6. Provide an Import Map Name and click Save & Run.

 7. Verify if the lead record has been updated to a prospect
