1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > Select any search type.
2. Change the Search Type on the URL.
- For instance, a user can choose Customer as the search type. In the address bar, locate searchtype=Customer&rectype and replace the word Customer with Message
3. Press Enter. This opens the Saved Message Search page.
4. In the Criteria tab, add the following fields:
Author is (name of the sales rep)
Recipient fields...Entity Type: any of Contact. Click Set.
5. Click Preview or Save & Run.
