Clicked Through does not register on Campaign Statistics

After executing a Campaign, users can look at the Campaign Record > Statistics tab to look at the Campaign Responses for Opened, Clicked Through, Responded, Unsubscribed, and Bounced. 

There are reports that even if users clicked-through the link on the Campaign, it does not register as a Clicked Through for the Statistics.

This is because the link on the Template was not correctly set. If users just type the link it does not register as being clicked.

The second link will register the Clicked Through when recipient clicks on this link.
