Chage the commodity code of an Inventory Item Master

To change the commodity code assigned to an Inventory Item Master, the following should be True:

1. There has been no activity on the item.

2. The Inventory account and COGS account of the new commodity code are the same as the prior commodity code and inventory item record in NetSuite.

Notes: Associating the item to a BOM is not considered as activity on the item master. It will not prevent the change of commodity code in the inventory item master record.

If the Inventory account and COGS account of the new commodity code are not the same as the prior commodity code/inventory item, an error will be thrown , NetSuite item accounts do not match commodity code. Please correct this.
