1. Create a Saved Task Search. List > Search > Saved Searches > New > Task.
2. On the Criteria add Formula (Text) and use {message} as the formula. Description is (Contains '1').
3. Navigate to the Available Filters Tab and add Formula (Text).
4. Change the Label to Notes.
5. Set Show in Footer = T.
6. Save & Run the Search.
Notice that there is a field at the search results are (Notes) where you may enter a value. This field acts as the footer used to modify the criteria if you are searching for keywords on all tasks under the Notes/Message field.
Note: Once you enter a value, press TAB on your keyboard and the search will update the results.
