The Account Number (Acct. No.) pertaining in the statement to was the field under the Financial Tab of the Customer record.
In order to resolve the problem follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transactions Forms.
2. Click Customize next to the Standard Statement.
3. On the Header Tab, mark the Acct. No. field, set it as the preferred form.
4. Click Save.
