User Is Unable to Log in with Full Access Role

User registers as a customer on another NetSuite's customer web site. When customer tries to log in to NetSuite is taken to Customer Center. User is unable to log in with Full Access Role.

Solution:

Create a new role without permissions
1. As Admindtartor navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > New.
2. Do not add permissions.
3. Enter a role Name.
4. Click Save.
5. Navigate to Employee record > Lists > Employees > Employees.
6. Edit the specific employee. 
7. Access Tab.
8. Add New Role.
9. Click Save.

User logs in and is able to log in with Full Access role.
