Update the Available Without Login Field of Files in the Website Hosting Files Folder

Solution below is applicable when Available Without Login = F on files in the Website Hosting Files folder but user needs to set it to True only:
1. Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.
2. Click Files.
3. Click Make Files Available Online.
4. Enter Criteria like the folder name.
5. Click Preview button.
6. Click Perform Update.


Solution below can be used to either set Available Without Login = F or Available Without Login = T:
Create a temporary folder:
1. Documents > File > File Cabinet.
2. Click New Folder.
3. Enter the Folder Name.
4. Save.

Move the files to the temporary folder:
1. Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.
2. Click Files.
3. Click on Move Files to Folder.
4. Select the temporary folder in the text box next to Title of Action.
5. Enter Criteria like the folder name.
6. Click Preview button.
7. Click Perform Update.

Edit the Available Without Login field.
1. Documents > File > File Cabinet.
2. Open the folder.
3. Edit each file.
4. Uncheck the Available Without Login.
5. Save.

Move the files back to the original folder.
1. Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.
2. Click Files.
3. Click on Move Files to Folder.
4. Select the Website Hosting Files in the text box next to Title of Action.
5. Enter Criteria like the folder name.
6. Click Preview button.
7. Click Perform Update.
