The error message have something to do with the Reference #1 and Reference #2 fields available in the Packages tab of the Item Fulfillment records. The error is thrown because the values entered under these fields have special character(s).
To fulfill the order and generate an integrated shipping label, the user can consider the following steps:
1. In Item Fulfillment page, navigate to the Packages tab.
2. Remove any special characters under Reference #1 and Reference #2 fields (i.e. [, @, etc.).
*If the error message says "Missing or invalid data element: RubberStamp1", then it is the Reference #1 field that has special characters on it.
*If the error message says "Missing or invalid data element: RubberStamp2", then it is the Reference #2 field that has special characters on it.
The user can also check the default type of information that automatically populates under these fields by navigating to Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Preferences tab > Reference Fields section.
