Unable to Edit Shipping Cost in Existing Estimates because the Field is Grayed Out

User is able to enter Shipping Cost for Estimate record. The field is grayed out or not editable.

Answer:

An administrator needs to check if the Shipping Cost field is set to Disabled on the Estimate Form.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms > Edit Estimate Form.

2. In the Screen Fields sub-tab > Shipping sub-tab > Set Display Type for the Shipping Cost field to Normal.

3. Save.
