To be Able to Delete Saved CSV Import > Delete X mark is not showing under Delete column

Problem:  Using Administrator Role, Delete a Saved CSV Import of a different Owner.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup>Import/Export>Saved CSV Imports.
3. Locate the saved CSV Import where the owner is another user.

Actual Result:  There is no Delete icon. Unable to delete the Saved Csv Import.

Expected Result:  Be able to Delete Saved Csv Import created by other user.

Solution:

1. Login as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup>Import/Export>Saved CSV Import.
3. Locate the saved CSV Import where the owner is another user.
4. On Access column - click on Private link.
5. On Owner field - change it to your name (Administrator who login from Step 1).
6. Click Save.

Actual Result: User is able to see that the Owner is the Administrator logged and this user has the delete icon.
