Thermal Printers: The Printed Labels do not Conform with the Shipping Label Format. The Printed Label contains multiple Alphanumeric Information that are Separated by Commas

When using the following Thermal Printer models (LP/TLP2722, LP2824, LP2844 and LP2443) you need to make sure that the printer is set in Page Mode. This is because when the printers are set in Line mode; Only EPL1 commands may be sent to the print which is not recognizable within NetSuite because the preferred printer command should be in EPL2 format. To check if you are on Line or Page Mode, please follow the steps below.
