Shopping Cart Saved Search has a Discrepancy between Total Results and Result Line Items

 

The cause of the discrepancy between the Total Results and the Result Line Items in the Shopping Cart saved search is because the results that are not showing are from users who did not register in the webstore. That means that when a shopper went to the web site, added an item to the shopping cart and navigated away without registering or logging in, this will add to the Total Number of Results. The Result Line Items are from those that actually logged in or registered as a new shopper.

If you take a look at the results generated by the Shopping Cart Saved Search, they are actually lead/customer records. Since those shoppers did not log in or register in the webstore, they do not have corresponding lead/customer records in NetSuite. Thus, there is actually no way to display the shopping cart of these anonymous shoppers in the search results.
