The Premier Payroll Service automatically files an electronic Form W-2 with the Social Security Administration (SSA) on behalf of Premier Payroll users. For this reason, a Form W-3 is not required and not filed therefore, Premier Payroll Service does not store copies of Form W-3.
A different type of file called EFW2 is used by Premier Payroll Service to report W-2 forms electronically with the SSA. This file contains all Premier Payroll users' data thus, cannot be sent to individual payroll users.
To get W-3 information, payroll users can:
1. Confirm directly from the agency by registering on the Social Security Administration web site at http://www.ssa.gov/bso/bsowelcome.htm

2016 NetSuite Premier Payroll Year End Planning Guide page 14 > Verifying Employees' Social Security Numbers (Answer ID: 61298)
2. Download the W-2 file from Hightail and go to the last page to view the W-3 information.
