Popup Search Returning no Results when Searched by Keywords

Popup searches are used when searching for a selection for a field, such as when finding a customer to select on an order. 

To optimize the performance of the popup search result, enable the user preference Popup Search Uses Keywords.

1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.

2. Under Analytics tab > Search section, mark checkbox for Popup Search Uses Keywords preference.

3. Click Save.

Enabling this preference removes the Starts With and Contains options from the Quick Search portlet.
