A. Create a custom role.
1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > New.
2. Enter a Name for the role.
3. Click the Lists tab on the Permissions tab.
4. Add Cases permission with Full level of access.
5. Add Perform Search permission with Full level of access.
6. Navigate to Setup > Support > Territory Reassignment.
7. Copy the URL.
8. Login to NetSuite using the new role.
9. Paste the URL in the address bar.
10. Press Enter.
Result: Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'No Permission Necessary' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.
Perform the following steps to resolve the problem:
1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the role.
3. Click on the Lists subtab on the Permissions tab.
4. Add Mass Updates permission with at least Create level of access.
5. Click Save.
