For NetSuite Small Business, Mail Merge feature is not available. In this scenario, Include Transaction checkbox is not available when processing Mail Merge. However, users have two other options shown below:
1. Locate the Transaction record > Navigate to Communication tab > Messages subtab > Mark To Be E-mailed.
Note: Please make sure that there is a valid email address.
2. In the transaction record, click Save and Print.
- Save the PDF and upload it into the File Cabinet (Documents > Files > File Cabinet).
Note: Users will be able to set it as an attachment on the New Email Message page > Attachments tab before clicking Merge & Send.
