Manually Apply a Customer Deposit to an Invoice

Upon creation of Invoices, Customer Deposits created from Sales Orders should automatically be applied.  However, at times, there may be a need to manually apply these Customer Deposits.

 

The only way to achieve this is:

            1.  View the Customer Deposit.

            2.  Click the Apply  button.

 

The Customer Deposits created from Sales Orders cannot be applied through the following paths:

            1.  Transactions > Sales > Accept Customer Payments.

            2.  View Invoice Record > Accept Payment.
