Knowledge Base Topics and Solutions not appearing in Intranet Tab

 

After completing the requirements to build an internal Knowledge Base, the Topics and Solutions does not appear within the Knowledge Base tab.

This happens if you have multiple Sites in NetSuite and you have published the Topics and Solutions to a Web Site Category that is not on the Primary Web Site.

To check:

1. Navigate to Setup > Web Site > Set Up Web Site
2. Check which is set as the Primary

After confirming your Primary Web Site, check the following:

1. Navigate to List > Web Site > Categories
2. Click Edit for the Knowledge Base you created
3. For the Web Site field, ensure that you have selected the Primary Web Site
4. Under the Audience tab, ensure that you have checked the Roles or Employees who should have access to the Knowledge Base
5. Click Save
